Order Policy
- Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered.
- Full Paid Orders: Pay online during checkout using mobile banking, debit/credit cards, or other supported methods.
- Order Confirmation
- Orders will be confirmed via SMS or email upon successful placement.
- Full payment orders must be paid in advance, and payment confirmation will be shared once processed.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines:
- Dhaka: 3-5 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
- Shipping charges will be added during checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Return Policy
- Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product Damage by Us: If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The issue must be identified and reported in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
- Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- The issue is reported after the delivery personnel has left.
- The return is based on a change of mind.

- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.
- Shipping Charges for Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges for returns, even for eligible cases.
- The return shipping fee must be paid directly to the delivery personnel.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for returned products that meet our return criteria.
- Refunds will not include the initial shipping fee or return shipping charges.
- Refund Process
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed as a bank transfer or mobile banking credit within 7-10 business days after approval.
- For Full Paid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
