Order Policy

  1. Payment Options
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered.
  • Full Paid Orders: Pay online during checkout using mobile banking, debit/credit cards, or other supported methods.
  1. Order Confirmation
  • Orders will be confirmed via SMS or email upon successful placement.
  • Full payment orders must be paid in advance, and payment confirmation will be shared once processed.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Dhaka: 3-5 business days
    • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
  • Shipping charges will be added during checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

  1. Eligible Returns
    We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Product Damage by Us: If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The issue must be identified and reported in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
  1. Non-Eligible Returns
    Returns will not be accepted if:
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • The issue is reported after the delivery personnel has left.
  • The return is based on a change of mind.
  1. Return Process

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.
  1. Shipping Charges for Returns
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges for returns, even for eligible cases.
  • The return shipping fee must be paid directly to the delivery personnel.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are applicable only for returned products that meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will not include the initial shipping fee or return shipping charges.
  1. Refund Process
  • For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed as a bank transfer or mobile banking credit within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • For Full Paid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
